Basic knowledge in asian and western food
Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
Plan menu items.
Must ensure efficient stock rotation.
Must possess requisite knowledge of Ordering and estimation buffer stock levels to ensure smooth day to day knowledge of business.
Must understand the utmost need for overall cleanliness at establishment.
Must possess detailed knowledge of food handling and storage which includes Raw/ cooked meats/ poultry and sea foods.
Must know how to carve and trim meats such as beef, ham, pork, and lamb for hot or cold service, or for sandwiches.
